About the Role

The commercial department continues to expand - and now we are looking for more Commercial Associates who want to help drive Northmill Bank's growth primarily in B2B and eventually also B2C.

We are looking for a natural hunter who thrives on driving business from start to finish. In this role, you will actively promote the entire bank's business offerings, such as payment and financing solutions, business accounts, and more. You will engage both direct customers and partners. Customer contact will take place via phone, email, digital meetings, meetings at the office, or on-site with customers. You will be based at our beautiful office on Regeringsgatan in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and new customer acquisition.
• Negotiation and quote management.
• Closing and contract management.
• Budgeting and financial follow-up.
• Development of pricing strategies.
• Internal coordination.

Your Background

• Have a relevant university degree or relevant work experience.
• Are business-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
• Are goal-oriented and ready to create your own successes.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are a positive team player.
• Experience in banking or finance is advantageous, but most importantly is your drive and ability to deliver results.
