Are you knowledgeable in claims management and spare parts and want to work in a well-organized workshop in Bromma?

You will work with:

As a claims advisor at Werksta Bromma, you will be part of an engaged team where customer service, accuracy, and efficient flow are central. You will be responsible for managing spare parts orders, coordinating with the workshop's technicians and insurance companies, and ensuring that repairs can be carried out quickly and correctly. You will be an important link between the customer, the workshop, and suppliers to deliver high quality and a good customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and registering claims cases and preparing correct case documentation.

  • Ordering, following up, and managing spare parts from suppliers and retailers.

  • Collaborating with estimators, bodyworkers, painters, and workshop staff to ensure material availability and efficient workflow.

  • Communicating with insurance companies and customers regarding parts, delivery times, and any alternatives in case of backorders.

  • Checking deliveries, handling complaints, and ensuring correct item flow in the workshop's system.

  • Documenting costs and parts in the system and contributing to optimizing spare parts usage and reducing lead times.

  • Contributing to a tidy, safe, and service-oriented work environment in the workshop.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in spare parts administration, logistics, or claims management within the automotive industry. You are structured, communicative, and used to working in business and workshop systems. Experience collaborating with insurance companies and knowledge of vehicle parts is an advantage.

  • Relevant experience in spare parts logistics, workshops, or claims management.

  • Good administrative skills and familiarity with data systems; experience with industry-specific systems is a plus.

  • Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused.

  • Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish; English is a plus.

  • A valid driver's license (B) is an advantage.
