KKB is currently seeking a property caretaker for the 2026 season. The tasks include outdoor maintenance of our residential areas and, if necessary, also indoor maintenance in our stairwells and laundry rooms, etc.

Your profile We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar tasks. You enjoy independent and physical work but also find it easy to work together with others as a team. Furthermore, you are social and pleasant with a professional attitude towards work and want to thrive and develop in your role. Your way of working is characterized by structure and an ability to prioritize your tasks. We value accuracy and a high sense of service.

In addition to the above, you must have at least an AM driver's license and experience driving tractors and gardening machines, as well as being able to communicate easily in Swedish.

Additional information Start date in May-June 2026. Duration approximately 5 months.
