The Role

As a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content on our social media and digital channels for our four brands: SLiCE, Bermuda, Star Bowling, and Ballbreaker, which means a varied everyday life with different tones, target groups, and expressions. You will create engaging photo and video material, write copy, publish content, and follow up on results in our channels. You will work operationally with both content production and digital marketing, including ads, basic SEO, CRM, newsletters, and website updates. The role involves close collaboration with our facilities to capture content and strengthen our brands. You will work closely with our marketing team, with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Designer as your closest colleagues, to ensure quality, relevance, and creative development in all content.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Planning, producing, and publishing content for social channels.
• Filming, photographing, and creating video formats (Reels/TikTok).
• Writing copy for social media and creating mailings in HubSpot while following up on results.
• Scheduling and optimizing publications.
• Contributing with basic analysis/reporting of content and campaigns in social media and newsletters.
• Setting up and optimizing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Producing content on-site at our facilities – travel to our operations in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö occurs about 1–2 times/month.
• Updating websites with text, images, and content.
• Keeping an eye on social media trends and coming up with creative ideas for content, campaigns, and storytelling.
• Collaborating closely with site managers and operations and supporting ongoing digital needs, e.g., quick updates in social media and on the web.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a dedicated, engaged, and creative person who loves to create CONTENT in social and digital channels. To be the right fit for the role, we believe you have the following experience and qualities:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role – preferably from an agency, restaurant, experience, or consumer-facing industry.
• Relevant post-secondary education in media, marketing, communication, or similar.
• Previous experience with both organic content and paid advertising on social media.
• Familiarity with creating material for reels/stories and a sense of what engages in different channels.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Creative, self-driven, and used to taking initiative.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you enjoy a fast pace and varied tasks.
• Positive, engaged, and eager to develop in your role.
• A team player who also enjoys working independently.
• Social and comfortable in meeting other people – it comes naturally for you to reach out, make others feel comfortable in front of the camera, and manage content production on-site.

Other Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date as soon as possible. You will be based at Kungsportsgruppen's headquarters in Gothenburg, but travel to Stockholm and Malmö may occur.
