Introduction

We are looking for two nursing assistants/care staff for the Northern Home Care Service in Timrå Municipality.

As an employee in the Northern Home Care Service, you should be prepared to work every other weekend and two to three evenings a week.

Information about the Operation + Unit

The Northern Home Care Service is an operation based in Söråkers Centrum. Currently, there are 25 staff members working in the group, but we will now expand our team with two more staff members.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant/care staff in home care, you will perform care and service tasks for our clients, both during scheduled visits and in response to alarms from clients. You will also perform certain delegated health and social care tasks from district nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

If you are a trained nursing assistant, you will also act as a contact person for some clients. You will work in the client's home and provide good care and service with the client's self-determination in focus.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant or other education/experience that can be equated with the nursing assistant's area of competence.
• It is an advantage if you have good computer skills and experience with the care management system Life Care and Life Care Mobile Care.
• You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As staff with us, you should have a respectful attitude towards our clients and their relatives, and you should be able to collaborate easily with your colleagues and other professionals around the client. You should be able to work both in a team and independently. You should take full responsibility for your work with the client and always strive to give your best based on approved assistance decisions.
