Bluewater (https://www.bluewatergroup.com/)is a Swedish innovation company that develops advanced water purification solutions for homes, businesses, and communities worldwide. With proprietary technology, the company removes pollutants, microplastics, and chemicals from drinking water – aiming to provide more people with access to clean water, without plastic bottles and unnecessary waste. Additionally, they have a strong division within Beverage, offering purified water with added minerals for healthy drinking. Bluewater is driven by a strong sustainability vision and combines technology, design, and environmental responsibility in everything they do. The company operates globally with roots in Sweden and collaborates with actors in both the private and public sectors. Here, you work in a forward-thinking company where innovation and environmental benefits go hand in hand.

The company is growing, and they are now expanding the service team with a new Technical Support Employee. This role is responsible for ensuring high operational reliability, customer satisfaction, and quick problem resolution for the company's connected water purification products. The position acts as a central contact point for technical support, performs service both on-site and remotely, and handles ongoing monitoring and actions via the company's dashboard system.

You will be part of a competent team with two colleagues who will introduce you to a solid onboarding process where you will get to know the company and gain deep insight into the role. Bluewater is located in Gärdet, Stockholm, and the atmosphere is characterized by well-being, innovative ambitions, and a family-like environment. Due to the company's entrepreneurial nature, weekdays are also fast-paced; routines, structures, and processes are constantly under development, and it is important that you thrive in such an environment.

You are offered:

  • A permanent position in an entrepreneurial and innovative company at the forefront
  • Great opportunities for future development
  • Fixed salary and good benefits

About the role

In the role of Technical Support, you will assist customers (installers, resellers, and private individuals) through service cases - both on-site and via phone and email. The role requires a flexible working approach as unforeseen tasks and ad hoc situations may arise frequently. The ability and willingness to travel - mostly within Sweden, but sometimes internationally - is important. The position is well-suited for a driven person with technical aptitude who wants to develop expertise in Bluewater's products and grow in the role.

Here are some of your primary tasks:

    Technical Support
    • Provide first-line support via phone, email, and digital channels.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
    • Document cases and escalate more complex issues as needed.
    Technical Service
    • Perform planned and corrective maintenance of water purification solutions – both on-site and remotely.
    • Install, upgrade, and configure products.
    • Ensure high service and quality levels and report recurring faults.
    Dashboard Monitoring
    • Monitor the company's innovative dashboard of active devices to detect deviations and alarms in real-time.
    • Initiate proactive troubleshooting and contact customers before operations are affected.
    • Analyze data and trends and contribute improvement suggestions.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
    • Good problem-solving skills and a structured working approach.
    • Good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus), both spoken and written.
    • Driving license B

  • Meticulous and analytical, with a good ability to prioritize.
