About us

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Outpatient Unit (BUP) in Sickla is tasked with providing psychiatric assessment, care, and treatment at a specialist level for children and adolescents aged 0-17 and their families.

Together with colleagues with different competencies, you contribute to safe care and high-quality services. The clinic employs around thirty qualified staff; doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and administrators. Staff at the clinic work independently while closely collaborating to provide comprehensive expertise to our patients. The work is varied and requires flexibility, personal responsibility, and the ability to work interprofessionally. We work with both person-centered and family-centered care, where the perspectives of both patients and relatives are central to our work. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, parent lectures, and interventions through our support and treatment platform. Based on personal interest, you have the opportunity to help develop methods that benefit the clinic. We are subspecialized in Komet and small children aged 0-5:11 years.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include conducting child psychiatric assessments, investigations, and treatments for children, adolescents, and their relatives. Collaboration with colleagues at the clinic and other providers working with the target group is a natural part of the job.

Qualifications

You should be a licensed psychologist with CBT training and have experience working with children and adolescents. Previous experience in child and adolescent psychiatry is an advantage.
