The Day Care in Örnsköldsvik belongs to the Northern Healthcare Area.

In day care, we provide outpatient treatments for various patient groups within oncology, hematology, gynecology, neurology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and lung patients.

At Day Care, 1 nursing assistant works together with nurses in day care and the hematology clinic. During the summer of 2026, we aim to expand to 2 nursing assistants, and therefore we are now looking for you who want to be part of our team. The position is Monday to Friday. The introduction takes place during the first week of work under the guidance of the nursing assistant working at Day Care.

As a nursing assistant, you play an important role in the team and help the daily operations run smoothly. Thanks to your support, the treatment nurses can fully focus on the medical aspects of the treatments in day care.

The positions as nursing assistant are for summer temporary employment full-time, where one position is from 2026-06-08 to 2026-08-07 and the other is from 2026-07-06 to 2026-08-07.

• Keep beds and equipment clean
• Order supplies
• Unpack supplies
• Restock materials in, for example, the sampling carts
• Accompany patients to the restroom/examinations
• Possibly assist with PICC line placement
• Empty trash
• Sampling

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid nursing assistant education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working as a nursing assistant
• Have work experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital
• Have additional language skills
