Therefore, we are looking for a specialist doctor in adult psychiatry to join our team. The assignment is open psychiatric specialist care aimed at achieving improved mental health and preventing ill health for individuals over 18 years who require interventions from specialized psychiatric care, including specialized care for harmful use and dependence. The assignment does not include LARO. With us, you will work alongside a dedicated and interdisciplinary team consisting of specialist doctors, specialist nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

In Helsingborg, we are a close-knit and proactive team that wants to make a difference for our patients and their relatives. We work based on science and proven experience with a clear foundation in behavioral psychology and person-centered care. Our patients come via referrals from health centers, psychiatric care neighbors, or through self-referral. We have a strong development culture where we continuously engage with current research, offer collegial supervision, and strive for close collaboration between professions.

The workplace is centrally located in Helsingborg, with good commuting options – only a five-minute walk from the train station.

The clinic in Hässleholm provides specialized outpatient care for adults, and you will play a central role in both clinical work and the development of the business for continued growth in the region. There is also the possibility of partial remote work. The position includes some on-call duties within Region Skåne's psychiatry in Kristianstad.

We are looking for a team-oriented, engaged, and confident specialist doctor who wants to help develop the future of psychiatry. You have experience working with our patient group and are accustomed to collaborating in multiprofessional teams. Experience with r-TMS is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment. Start date by agreement. 6 months probationary period.
