Technical Project Manager in Environmental Monitoring – Be the one driving ProTech's Swedish expansion forward

What the Role Entails

About the role – a unique hybrid rarely seen

This is not an ordinary consulting role. It is a combination of technical fieldwork, project management, customer responsibility, and business development – all in one.

You will:

Lead and develop Protech's Swedish operations (reporting directly to the CEO)
Independently manage customer projects from risk analysis and quotes to installation, follow-up, and final reporting
Install and operate advanced measuring equipment for vibration, noise, pore pressure, settlement, air quality, etc.
Conduct pre-inspections, control inspections, and risk assessments according to applicable industry standards
Drive new customer sales and upselling to existing customers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least a few years of experience in construction/engineering, measurement technology, inspection, contracting, or technical consulting
Is accustomed to working independently and taking personal responsibility
Has an easy time building trust with customers and colleagues
Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys both “tinkering” and calculating business deals
Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has a valid driver's license (B)

It is highly meritorious if you:

Are a certified inspector or have previously worked with vibration and noise measurements
Have experience in project management and/or sales within the construction and engineering sector
