About the Company Cloetta was founded in 1862 and is a leading confectionery company in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Cloetta's products are sold in more than 50 countries. Cloetta has some of the strongest brands on the market, such as Läkerol, Ahlgrens, Jenkki, Kexchoklad, Malaco, and Sportlife. Cloetta has seven factories in five countries. In Ljungsbro, Cloetta has its production facility for chocolate, wafers, marshmallows, and coated products. Approximately 350 people work here today.

Your Responsibilities As a process operator, you and your team are responsible for ensuring that production occurs in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. The tasks rotate, providing you with variety in your work. You will be responsible for everything from operating machines and monitoring processes to performing quality checks and basic maintenance. Cloetta is committed to giving you a great start and ensures that you receive thorough training and support from a mentor, so you feel secure in your role from day one.

At Cloetta, they work in 3 shifts. The job is shift-based and involves rotation between day, evening, and night shifts.

The assignment is for one year with good opportunities for extension and starts on January 12th, but a later start date can be discussed. 

Your Profile We believe you are a meticulous and dedicated person driven by doing a good job. You are responsible, enjoy collaborating with others, and always strive to deliver high quality in what you do. Your curiosity means you are always eager to learn more and develop.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from the process or food industry
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work shifts
• Driver's license B
