We strive daily to ensure that our guests receive the best possible dining experience every day. We prepare as much as possible from scratch using high-quality ingredients. RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a reception kitchen at Hemmeslöv Preschool where the food is prepared in the school kitchen. You will help compose the day's breakfast, snacks, and salad buffet with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The meals are served in an inviting manner that sparks interest among our younger diners. The position includes ordering, dishwashing, serving on food trolleys, self-control, kitchen cleaning, statistics, and receiving goods. You have extensive knowledge of special diets.

You will contribute to a good working environment and be involved in ensuring that the operation runs smoothly. You will contribute to effective collaboration between the kitchen and departments and participate in the unit's development. Food waste and sustainability are issues we work on daily, so we see that you are solution-focused and flexible.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a strong sense of service and hospitality. As a person, you are attentive and easy to collaborate with, and you adapt easily to changes. Food and cooking are close to your heart, and you share our belief that meals are an important part of the day.

Basic knowledge of special diets is a prerequisite. Experience from working in a professional kitchen or other experience that the employer assesses as equivalent is required. As a person, you are responsible, take initiative, have the ability to be flexible, and deliver good quality at a fast pace. Work in another kitchen may occur during holidays and in case of vacancies in another kitchen. Good computer skills are important, and it is essential that you access information on our website and our home catalog.

You need to have a good understanding of the Swedish Food Agency's hygiene regulations and recommendations and be knowledgeable about self-control. Your ability to understand and use the Swedish language, both orally and in writing, is good. The work requires good physical condition in terms of strength, stamina, and mobility.

A B driver's license is required.
