Meal Assistant/Cleaning Staff at Håstenskolan

We are now looking for a meal assistant/cleaning staff at Håstenskolan. The position is a temporary contract with great opportunities to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

The workday consists of clear tasks, but you need to be flexible and prioritize where necessary. You contribute to a workplace where it is fun to go to work, reduce food waste, and spread joy every day.

With us, you primarily work daytime, Monday to Friday, but sometimes fun events happen at the school – like tournaments or events. Then you need to be flexible and work some evenings or weekends when needed.

Your workplace will be at Håstenskolan in central Varberg, but the role may involve assignments at other units within Food and Cleaning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Special diet management
• Self-control for kitchen and cleaning
• Dishes and cleaning of the kitchen
• Cleaning services
• Operate and manage cleaning machines
• Orders via digital e-commerce

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and service-oriented person who enjoys working with others.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is important to follow instructions and communicate with colleagues and guests.

We would like you to have some experience or education in kitchen or cleaning, for example:

• Experience as a meal assistant or in cleaning
• Food safety education or equivalent
• Certified cleaning training or HACCP is a plus
