Are you a person who is passionate about process work and has previous experience with ITIL related to Service Desk and Service Level Management? Then this role as an Operational Process Leader with us might be for you! You will join an engaged, wonderful, and communicative team, all with different backgrounds and experiences from the industry.
The assignment includes management and support of existing and upcoming systems for all regional operations. The management is responsible for maintaining the operational reliability of Region Skåne's medical technology products throughout the entire product lifecycle and supports Region Skåne's various operations and partners with technical expertise and support in medically related matters. The management is also responsible for the fundamental healthcare information systems and drives the development of future healthcare information while enabling work with digitalization and the introduction of new working methods in Region Skåne's operations.
The Service & Support area is responsible for first and second line support and for providing service to the management's service offerings. The Service Desk registers incoming cases regarding incidents and service requests. Cases that cannot or should not be resolved by the Service Desk are escalated to the relevant unit within the area for handling, referred to as the second line. In this way, Service and Support assist the operations and partners with technical expertise and support within IT and MT.
Within the Service & Support area, we currently have 150 employees divided into one area and six units. You will be placed in the Support SDV area and work with processes that are cross-administrative.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking forward to welcoming an Operational Process Leader to the Service and Support area at Digitalization IT and MT!
In the Service and Support area, we are responsible for ITIL Practice Service Desk and Service Level Management. We are now looking for someone who can operationally lead these processes. You will organizationally belong to the Support SDV area and work comprehensively across both the operational area and management. We are looking for someone who can operationally establish, further develop, and lead the process work forward.
The work involves, among other things:
- Establishing and further developing processes for Service Level Management and Service Desk.
- Creating support for and facilitating the daily work in the processes.
- Anchoring processes with Process Owners.
- Leading the development and maintenance work of the processes.
- Spreading process thinking in the organization.
- Ensuring that any changes/improvements to the process are actually implemented and that work is carried out according to the principles that have been formulated.
- Collaborating and cooperating with other operational areas, process leaders, and roles so that the processes integrate well with other processes.
- Following up on the work in the processes.
- Participating in forums for process leaders where you have support from other process leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you with a relevant university or college education, or with other training combined with work experience that the employer deems equivalent. Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are a requirement for the position. Likewise, knowledge and experience of process work related to ITIL processes for Service Desk and Service Level Management.
For the position, it is advantageous if you have any of the following:
- ITIL Certification Foundation v. 4
- Experience with ITSM support ServiceNow.

Digitalization IT and MT encompasses five operational areas with approximately 550 employees. The management is represented at all hospital areas in Skåne with its headquarters in Lund.
