About the Position

Do you want to lead an engaged team and create structure in an exciting production environment? At Complete Solution Seffle AB (CSS), you will have the chance to work closely with production, where everyone collaborates to create solutions for the company's industrial clients. We are now looking for a Team Leader for the company's assembly department – a role for you who enjoys motivating employees, planning, and structuring while ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

As a team leader at CSS, you will be an important part of the company's daily operations. You will be responsible for leading, distributing, and motivating about 8 employees in their daily work. The assembly department has extensive experience in both single-piece manufacturing of machines for, for example, the paper industry and series production of custom products – often involving mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Your task is to create structure and order in an environment where different types of assembly work must function together. You ensure that production delivers the right quality on time and contributes to a stable production flow. The role is operational and involves close collaboration with your team.

We are looking for an engaged and driven leader who wants to take responsibility for both employees and processes. With us, you will have a key role where you lead and develop employees while ensuring that production maintains the highest quality and adheres to timelines and budgets. You will be the one who plans, prioritizes, and ensures everything flows smoothly. In your daily work, you interpret technical instructions, follow up on work, and handle administrative tasks such as reporting and follow-up. This is a role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact! Working hours are during the day.

We are looking for you who

You have experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a leadership role, and a technical education or equivalent competence. You are confident, clear, and coaching in your leadership and enjoy making decisions and driving work forward. Good computer skills are a requirement, and if you have worked in Monitor, that is a plus. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and if you also have experience with LEAN and improvement work, you are one step ahead.
