Project Manager in Construction

Albèr Fastigheter has many exciting projects and is now looking for a project manager in construction. A role for you who has experience in construction projects, is business-minded and unpretentious, with an entrepreneurial mindset and secure leadership.

About the Role

As a project manager at Albèr Fastigheter, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and following up on construction projects from start to finish. The role has a clear focus on procurement, budgeting, and financial management, where you ensure that projects are delivered according to agreements, budgets, and timelines. You build good relationships both internally and externally and work closely with the project team on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities include:

• Project management of construction projects
• Procurement and contract management
• Budgeting, costing, and financial follow-up
• Leading construction meetings and ensuring structured reporting
• Coordination with external parties and suppliers
• Use of digital project tools
• Personnel responsibility and daily management of the project team
• Proactive identification and management of risks and opportunities
• Ensuring quality in all project phases

Who Are You?

You have several years of experience in construction projects and are confident in the leadership role. You are structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious, with the ability to combine business acumen with a practical approach. You enjoy building relationships and collaborating closely with both clients and colleagues.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in procurement and costing
• Familiarity with working digitally in project tools
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take responsibility
