Structor Värmland is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Designer / Chief Designer who wants to combine their technical expertise with business responsibility and leadership. The Role As a lead designer / chief designer, you will be a central part of the projects – from early stages to final delivery. You will be responsible for driving and developing projects, building customer relationships, and distributing work within the team. The role combines technology and project management, where you will also contribute your expertise in construction.

At Structor, you will:

• Drive projects from quotes and pricing proposals to delivery
• Lead and develop the team, distribute assignments, and ensure quality
• Work broadly within general construction – from foundations to details in various materials
• Manage projects that can range from smaller renovations to larger properties and industrial projects.

Who are you? We are looking for a civil engineer with about ten years of experience and a strong network in the industry. You are the one customers turn to – and you thrive in the role of both technical expert and relationship builder.

We believe you have experience in project management and customer dialogue, and that you are motivated by seeing projects and teams develop.

Technical qualifications:

• Documented experience in construction and design within the building sector.
• Good understanding of digital tools and a willingness to further develop in the field.

You speak and write Swedish fluently, and English is not a barrier.
