Sales Project Manager at Solid Tak & Bygg AB in Värmland

Solid Tak & Bygg was founded in 2010 and has since specialized in roofing, ranging from simple traditional roofing solutions to the latest innovations. We operate in the Västerås and Värmland regions, generating approximately 70 million in revenue with good profitability. Since 2022, we have been part of Teqt Group, which provides us with both strength and opportunities for continued development.

Our operations in Värmland are based in our office in Filipstad. In about 4 years, we have built up the business to generate approximately 30 million in revenue today. Our specialty is carrying out roofing contracts for hall builders, and we execute projects all over the country.

About the role

The main task is to be a sales project manager who also prepares calculations and offers. There is good system support for this, as well as strong support from colleagues on-site and from Västerås.
You will maintain close communication with our existing customers while keeping an eye out for new ones who may need our specialty, building roofs on halls and large commercial properties.

As a sales project manager, you will work closely with our other project manager in Värmland, who will have a more internal focus on execution, while you will have a more external focus on calculations and sales work. However, you will follow the projects all the way – from offer to final delivery – ensuring that each assignment is carried out with quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction in focus.

We are looking for someone who

- Has experience in project management within construction, roofing, or contracting
- Understands calculations, bids, and business processes
- Is business-oriented, communicative, and enjoys customer contact
- Is structured, self-driven, and likes responsibility
- Has a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish
