We are now looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking service project manager with a focus on plumbing and sanitation to our branch in Karlstad.

The unit has long experience and broad competence in several technical disciplines such as technical property management, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and control systems. We are heading towards an exciting future and building a team that consists of a close-knit group working closely together where you will become an important key person.

The Värmland Service District consists of about 100 employees spread across 10 locations. Of these, approximately half of the workforce is based at the Karlstad office.

Your Responsibilities

As a service project manager at Caverion, you will handle daily contact with customers and employees. You will also prepare calculations that form the basis for quotes and regulate upcoming projects. The role provides great freedom but also places high demands on financial results and satisfied customers for long-term relationships.

Your role also includes

• Communicating, engaging, and motivating staff and customers
• Planning and organizing projects
• Driving facility projects of varying complexity and size where several different technical areas interact. Sometimes with coordination responsibility
• Managing projects from specification to execution and commissioning
• Communicating with technical specialists and commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers
• Performing financial follow-ups
• Further developing customer relationships and promoting upselling

Your Background

• Technical high school education
• Meritorious if you have a university or YH (KY) education in plumbing/project management
• Experience working with AB and ABT
• Meritorious with training in BAS P and BAS U
• Experience in project management within plumbing and sanitation.
• Experience in compiling calculations and quotes and negotiating contracts
