The position includes work as an airport firefighter, ramp services, field maintenance services, aviation security, and other related tasks. As an operational airport worker, you will work closely with airlines and passengers and manage the daily operations of the airport's facilities from the runway to hangars and baggage handling, handle snow removal vehicles and/or maintain equipment. Work on the ramp is often demanding, so good physical fitness is required. Special training and qualifications are required for all assignments, which you will receive during your employment at the airport.

Following qualifications are a basic requirement:

· Class C driver's license for trucks

· Good physical condition to meet the requirements as an airport firefighter (you have or will be approved during a test)

· Normal color vision

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Some computer skills are required

We consider it an advantage and merit if you also have:

· Training as an airport firefighter

· Operator's license for wheel loaders and telehandlers

· Experience in administrative work

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, takes initiative when needed, and is a pronounced team player.

You can work effectively according to established routines and are flexible and responsive when conditions change.

The year at the airport has significant seasonal variations with changing tasks depending on the season.

Upon employment, a background check and security clearance will be conducted by the airport, and our occupational health service (Falck) will perform alcohol markers, drug tests, and physiological tests.

Employment:

Full-time, shift work.

Salary according to agreement.

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period applies.
