Job Description

As a technical assembler at Emerson, you will be involved in several stages of production and work according to a rotation schedule within the production group's various workstations. Emerson successfully operates in product groups where all employees are responsible for delivering the right product on time and with quality. The tasks vary between the different production stages, and as an assembler, you will have tasks such as:

• Assembly
• Testing/calibration
• Packaging
• Programming
• Continuous improvement work related to the production system

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a structured problem solver, who thrives best in a team environment and takes great responsibility for ensuring that your and the group's tasks are performed with high quality. You have a natural drive and a strong work ethic. You are efficient in your work approach and positive towards new challenges. As a person, you are practical and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You enjoy working in a dynamic organization. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have a technical education at the high school level or equivalent experience. We prefer that you have experience in mechanical and electronic production. Furthermore, you have competence within the manufacturing industry and good computer skills, and you are proficient in Office/IT systems. You have good knowledge of speaking, reading, and writing in Swedish and English. Emerson's corporate language is English.
