In the role of Tool Technician, you will be part of an exciting journey where Plasman strives to optimize their injection molding tools and deliver products that meet the strict quality requirements of customers.

You will work closely with project teams, production, maintenance technicians, spare parts managers, maintenance leaders, and maintenance engineers. The maintenance team also consists of twenty rotating maintenance technicians, five tool manufacturers, property technicians and specialists, electricians, and a production mechanic.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Develop and optimize operations within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure that maintenance on the tools is performed according to routine and on time.
• Participate in the preparation work for the introduction of new projects in injection molding.
• Represent maintenance at process meetings, new acquisitions, and modifications of injection molding tools.
• Ensure that we have complete and up-to-date documentation of all equipment and components within your area of responsibility.
• Support maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, advanced repairs, and equipment improvements as needed.
• Knowledge in milling, welding, turning, and pneumatics.

Profile:We are looking for someone with 3 years of education as a tool technician, or 3-5 years of experience in tool technology work.

About the position:Scope: Full-time. Working hours: Evening shift Monday - Friday.
