Ello in Lammhult is the family business in the heart of Småland that has two production units at our facility in Lammhult. At Ello in Lammhult Slaughter, we carry out the slaughter and butchering of cattle, and at Ello in Lammhult Charcuterie, we produce several classic traditional dishes, such as Lammhult's isterband and sylta.

We are currently looking for new stars to join our slaughter operations! Here you will have the opportunity to learn a fantastic craft while working with a large team of about 20 people.

What does the job entail?

As a team member in the slaughter department, you will work with a large team on our production line. Practically, this means that depending on your experience, you will work and learn various tasks over a longer period. Through practice and theory, you will gain knowledge and competence in the different tasks that the production line involves. In the beginning, you will have support from a supervisor on site.

The position is full-time, and the working hours are daytime from Monday to Friday.

Who are you?

We believe that you have a high school diploma or other education and/or work experience that is deemed equivalent, as well as experience in physical work. Experience in similar work or in the food sector is an advantage.

As a person, you are positive, meticulous, responsible, and methodical in your way of working. In the role of slaughter worker, you need to be able to collaborate closely with your colleagues, and therefore we value your ability to work in a team.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity for physically demanding work, as well as the ability to understand and communicate in Swedish. We also place great importance on your personal qualities and primarily value your teamwork skills and your willingness to learn and develop within our craft.
