We are now looking for a maintenance technician to complement our team. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician at Vossloh, you will have a varied and practical role where you contribute to ensuring that both production and properties function as they should. Part of the work consists of preventive and corrective, simpler maintenance of our machines and production equipment. You will also actively participate in our 5S work to create order, structure, and an efficient working environment in production.

In addition to work in production, you will also be responsible for property maintenance and participate in various property projects. You will plan and follow up on efforts, liaise with external contractors, and ensure that the company's premises and facilities maintain a good standard. The proportion of work dedicated to production versus property will vary over time depending on needs.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for someone with a high school education with a technical focus or equivalent, and who has worked with machine maintenance. Experience from a workshop or industrial environment is a plus, but the most important thing for success in the role is that you are generally handy and technically interested.

As a person, you are practical and enjoy tackling what needs to be done. You are proactive, take responsibility, and drive your work forward with a solution-oriented mindset. Since the role involves many points of contact – both internally and externally – you need to be communicative and have an easy time collaborating. At the same time, you are unpretentious, comfortable working independently, and when necessary, bringing in external experts.
