Do you want to be a key player in a modern food factory? Orkla Foods Sweden in Eslöv is now looking for driven and solution-oriented maintenance technicians to join our technical team. We are in an exciting phase of development where we are moving forward and investing heavily in modernization, new projects, and automation. You will play an important role in ensuring stable and reliable production.

As a maintenance technician, you will work closely with the entire maintenance organization to ensure stable production operations.

You will collaborate closely with our maintenance and production departments.

You will help prioritize which maintenance needs to be done within the factory and be jointly responsible for ensuring that agreed measures are implemented.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and urgent actions as well as problem-solving.
• Preventive and ongoing maintenance as well as repairs and installations.
• Assist the organization with specialized expertise in the mechanical field.
• Assemble, maintain, and manage machinery.
• Participate in technical projects and improvement work.
• On-call duty occurs every 6 weeks.

We are looking for someone who is a self-sufficient problem solver with broad expertise, who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys working both independently and in teams. On-call duty occurs every 6 weeks, with a maximum one-hour response time to our factory in Eslöv. We are looking for someone interested in working either permanent night shifts, 2-shift, or only daytime. The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period on a full-time basis.

We are also looking for industrial electricians for either permanent night shifts, 2-shift, or daytime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and performing urgent actions
• Problem-solving
• Installation and repairs
• Work with preventive and ongoing maintenance, improvement work, supervision/inspection, and repair work.
• Assess maintenance needs and address issues
• Assist the organization with specialized expertise in the mechanical field.
• Participate in technical projects and improvement projects within maintenance.
• Contribute to a developing and safe working environment and a reliable machinery fleet.
• Work to ensure we have a safe and operational facility
• Be helpful in matters regarding machinery, methods, and working practices
• Ensure that corrective and preventive maintenance activities are carried out as planned.
• Assemble, maintain, and manage machinery
• Be involved in long-term improvements regarding the machinery installations

Qualifications

• Technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent.
• Practical experience in the field.

Experience with

• Pneumatics, machining, and welding.
• Good computer skills and good language skills (Swedish and English).
• Maximum one-hour response time to Eslöv.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
