Job Responsibilities

We work based on a “Person-Centered” approach to provide good care and secure support to our clients. You will perform nursing tasks based on the client's wishes, needs, and approved assistance decisions, in accordance with current guidelines and legislation. Documentation, reporting, and also delegated tasks from home healthcare are included in the work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed a nursing program or equivalent education and experience in home care. We primarily seek staff for evenings and weekends

We are also looking for employees with relevant education and experience in disabilities. You are a trained Support Pedagogue or in training, or have equivalent pedagogical education.

You are flexible and responsible and want to work both independently and in a team with varying tasks. You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
