Your profile

As a technician at Katrineholms Industrihus AB, you are an engaged and service-oriented person who works with a focus on the customer and enjoys eventful workdays. You are solution-oriented, self-driven, and like to take on challenges. You have a burning interest in property technology and a strong desire to constantly expand your skills. You also have the ability to identify what needs to be done and take responsibility for implementation in a structured and careful manner. You have the ability to listen and communicate with our tenants and customers to provide the best possible service.

Your tasks:

As a technician, you will be part of our operations group.

Your work will include:

- Receiving fault reports.

- Carrying out simple repairs and carpentry work.

- Door service.

- Adjustment and repair of automatic door openers.

- Ongoing inspection/supervision of our roofs.

- Performing SBA in all our properties.

- Being the contact person for contractors who test fire and burglary alarms.

- Creating and maintaining good relationships with our tenants.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Technician training or other equivalent education/experience.

- Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial properties.

- Education/experience in performing SBA.

- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships.

- A strong sense of service, is self-driven, and enjoys helping others.

- A solution-oriented approach and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

- A valid driver's license (B).
