Our new office in Nyköping is up and running, and we are building something really exciting from the ground up!

We would like to expand our team, and we are currently looking for a security technician.

Your responsibilities in security technology

As a security technician, you will work on both contracting and service assignments. You play an important role in designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining security systems such as burglar alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and fire alarms. The work involves close contact with customers, collaboration with colleagues, and independent work at customer sites.

Together with your colleagues, you will have the opportunity to further develop and shape our department in Nyköping – influence how we work, develop our systems, and contribute to a team where every idea counts.

Examples of tasks

• Install and commission security systems such as burglar alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and fire alarms
• Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs of security installations
• Participate in projects and new installations together with project managers and the team
• Customer contact, advice, and training on technical security solutions
• Document and report completed work in our technical systems
• Follow applicable safety procedures and contribute to a good working environment

Qualifications and experience

• High school education in electrical/technology or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the installation and commissioning of security systems.
• Knowledge in one of the areas: burglary, access, CCTV, and/or fire.
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• Meritorious: Certification in security systems or fire alarms, previous work in service/contracting
• Meritorious: experience with systems such as SPC, RCO, ASSA ARX, APTUS, AXIS, and Hanwha or similar.
• Meritorious: experience working as an electrician with ECY certification.

To be considered for employment in this position, approval from the Swedish Police Authority is required.

This position may involve undergoing a security clearance based on applicable regulations regarding security protection.
