Nytida Rånäs Lanternan has 30 places within Certain Other 24-hour care and accommodation with special services for people with mental health issues and comorbidity.

At Nytida Rånäs Lanternan, we are now looking for dedicated hourly substitutes for our wake night shifts. With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to safety, care, and quality of life for the residents – while becoming part of a warm and professional team.

As a wake night staff member, you are responsible for creating safety during the night, following up on individual needs, and supporting residents in need of supervision, medication, care, or conversation. You collaborate with colleagues in the team and document according to current procedures. The work requires attentiveness, responsibility, and a calm demeanor even in unexpected situations.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong commitment to people and wants to contribute to their safety and well-being.

Is responsible, empathetic, and stable – in all situations.

Holds a B driver's license.

Is a trained nursing assistant.

Has documented experience in health and care.

Has good Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is part of the job.

Is flexible and enjoys working independently but also in collaboration with colleagues.
