We are looking for an experienced Requirements Leader who wants to contribute to an organization with significant change needs, complex IT environments, and critical societal processes. You will be a central part of development projects that support both operations, market, and planning in a rapidly changing energy landscape.

In this role, you will work closely with business experts and technical roles to ensure that the requirements in the projects are clear, anchored, and lead to quality-assured deliveries.

About the Assignment

You will work on projects with significant IT impact where requirements management is crucial to creating robust, purpose-built, and future-proof solutions. The projects include both in-house developed systems and the implementation of standard solutions.

The assignment requires you to lead, structure, and follow up on the entire requirements process - from initial planning to verified functionality in production.

Examples of Tasks

• Develop and drive an overarching plan for requirements gathering
• Conduct workshops and structure functional and non-functional requirements
• Document requirements according to standardized models and templates
• Anchor and communicate requirements with various stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, development teams, and testing functions
• Ensure requirement coverage in testing work and assist in test planning
• Contribute to the development of requirements processes, methods, and common working practices
• Participate in information modeling and provide support in architectural choices
• Possibly contribute in adjacent roles such as test management or architectural support

Requirements Profile

You have high competence, are self-driven, can lead parts of projects, and have extensive experience in similar assignments.

Mandatory Requirements

• University degree in computer science, informatics, electrical/computer engineering, or equivalent
• (alternatively 9 years of relevant experience)
• At least 9 years of experience in requirements specification
• Experience in requirements analysis from requirements gathering to implemented functionality in production
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis in projects with multiple stakeholders and at least two integrated IT systems
• Experience in requirements specification in agile development teams
• At least 5 years of experience in developing and documenting processes and workflows during IT changes
• At least 5 years of experience in business and information architecture
• At least 5 years of experience working with requirements tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira

Desirable Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design or usability work
• At least 5 years of experience in test management and development of test cases
• At least 2 years of experience in the energy market or electrical industry
• At least 5 years of experience working according to SAFe or other agile methodologies
• Certification IREB, REQB, or equivalent is a plus

Workplace and Conditions

• Location in Sundbyberg, with the possibility of remote work approximately 50%
• Travel may occur as needed, for example to partners and suppliers
• Security clearance and background check are mandatory
• The consultant works full-time and equipment will be provided
