With our client, you will be part of a creative and engaged team that is passionate about interior design, aesthetics, and customer experience. The company offers custom-made high-quality products and has its showroom in central Stockholm. Here, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal service come together in every assignment. You will work in modern facilities alongside colleagues in both interior design, sales, and installation – a close-knit group that enjoys having fun at work.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the job:

As an installer, you will have a varied and social job where you are responsible for assembling and installing custom-made products for customers around Stockholm. You will often work in teams of two, focusing on quality, service, and customer satisfaction. You will measure, assemble, and adjust products for a perfect fit, ensure high quality and a neat final result, deliver to both private individuals and businesses, provide professional service, and represent the company positively. You will work both independently and in teams to create efficient and smooth installations.

About you:

We would like you to be service-oriented, meticulous, and solution-focused, enjoy customer contact, have an eye for detail, and like to work practically. You are unpretentious, positive, and contribute to a good work environment. We believe you have experience in assembly, carpentry, installation, or other practical work, are accustomed to using hand tools such as drills, measuring tapes, and screwdrivers, have basic construction knowledge and a sense of measurements and precision, are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license and reside in the Stockholm area.

Experience from service professions or the interior design industry, as well as an interest in design, interior decoration, or custom-made products, is an advantage.
