In our bakery at Kvarnholmen, we bake everything from scratch using seasonal ingredients. It is a varied job where you will work with everything from sourdoughs, rolled doughs, sweet doughs, pastries, cakes, and much more. The position is a shared role as both a pastry chef and a baker. 

We bake daily for our cafés in Kvarnholmen, Södermalm, Gamla Enskede, Sickla Köpkvarter, and Grisslinge beach. Our ambition is to serve well-made bread and pastries using the best quality seasonal ingredients.

Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are looking for a person with a bakery/pastry education and at least 1 year of work experience. 

We prefer that you enjoy working in a team, are efficient, and can handle larger volumes as we produce buns, bread, and pastries for all our 5 cafés daily.

The position is a full-time role of 100%. Varied working hours and weekend work occur every 3rd/4th weekend. The working shifts we have are 02-10:30, 03-11:30, 06-14:30, and sometimes 08-16:30.

Salary according to collective agreement.
