We are currently looking for production workers for upcoming needs at companies in the concrete industry located outside Borås.

In the role of concrete worker, you will be working with the following tasks:

- Performing casting and reinforcement of concrete according to drawings and instructions. - Preparing the workplace, including formwork and material handling. - Checking quality and ensuring that the work meets applicable standards. - Collaborating with colleagues to effectively complete projects on time. - Participating in the maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.

We are looking for someone with experience working with concrete. Good reading of drawings is required for the role, and you should have a forklift license. Experience in safe lifting, hot work, and work leadership is advantageous, and there is an opportunity to develop into a supervisory role in the long term for those who wish.

As a person, you are a quick learner, positive, and responsible. You thrive in a team and have a practical approach, with the ability to work both independently and together with colleagues to drive projects forward.
