We are now looking for a senior automation technician with extensive experience in industrial automation. You will be an important part of a technically strong team in an international group that delivers components to the automotive industry worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, improvement, and maintenance of automated production lines
• PLC programming and adjustments
• Work with both newer and older control systems
• Robot programming and optimization
• Maintenance and operation of CNC machines
• Shift work and some weekend standby as needed

You will work closely with mechanics, technicians, and production teams and play an important role in ensuring stable operations and high availability.

Technologies you will work with:

PLC Control Systems:

• Siemens TIA (newer cells)
• Mitsubishi (older facilities)

Robots:

• Fanuc
• ABB

CNC Machines:

• Okuma
• Chiron
• SW
• Makino
• Grob

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience, preferably 10+ years, in automation
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and control systems
• Experience with robots and CNC machines
• Ability to work shifts: 06:00–14:00 (day), 14:00–22:00 (evening, approximately every 4–5 weeks)
• Willingness to participate in voluntary weekend duty
• Good collaboration skills and a desire for long-term commitment
• Driver's license B
