AB-Hem is a medium-sized property company that values beautiful houses in nature-friendly environments. Our vision is to provide a good standard of living in fine surroundings in Central Sweden. We have over 700 apartments in a belt from Laxå municipality in the southwest to Bergsjö municipality in Hälsingland in the northeast. For us, it is a given to maintain a high standard in everything towards our tenants, and our goal is to become one of Sweden's best landlords.

We are looking for a committed and experienced employee who will be responsible for the management of our properties. In this role, you will lead a team and ensure that our properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with the company's goals. Since we are located in several areas in Central Sweden, you will need to travel a bit to visit our employees and properties.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in leading and developing the AB-Hem team
• Develop and implement strategies for maintenance and operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the economic management of properties through follow-up and analysis.
• Work on sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic education in property management or similar.
• At least three years of experience in property management, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong communication skills and leadership competence.
• Good knowledge of finance and budgeting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

It is an advantage if you reside in and are based near the Uppsala/Sala/Hofors/Gävle area.
