About the Opportunity

We are looking for two skilled Contract Engineers to join our Istanbul team. In this role, you will be at the center of our contractual operations—ensuring smooth execution, efficiency, and sustainability in every project.

Your RoleAs a Contract Engineer, you will manage the entire lifecycle of an order—from contract signing to commissioning and handover. You will:
- Ensure compliance with scope, delivery schedule, and contract terms.
- Act as the main interface between Sales, Production, and external stakeholders.
- Occasionally visit customers and shipyards to review schedules and provide updates.
- Coordinate with service engineers for installation support.
- Lead technical discussions with confidence.
- Manage orders efficiently: scheduling, coordinating teams and suppliers.
- Ensure correct scope of supply (including trading and main equipment).
- Identify and communicate risks to management.
- Provide drawings and technical data to customers.
- Handle letters of credit with customers and Finance.
- Deliver accurate documentation (manuals, certificates, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Prepare shafting arrangements, TVC data, and drawings.
- Maintain quality, time, and cost targets.

- A technical background and interest in marine engineering.
- A degree in Naval Architecture, Shipbuilding, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in the marine industry (3+ years preferred, but not required).
- Strong organizational and social skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive.
- A fast learner who enjoys sharing knowledge and working on diverse tasks.
