JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a nursing assistant or care assistant, in a team with engaged colleagues and support from nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and managers. We work based on the national value framework for elderly care with a focus on security, respect, and meaningfulness.

• At our care and nursing homes in Borgholm and Löttorp, you are part of a team that provides support based on each care recipient's needs.
• In home care, you work independently in the individual's home with personal care, social activities, and service efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old (or will be during the summer).
• Is caring, responsible, and enjoys working with people.
• Has education or experience in care and nursing, but this is not a requirement.
• A driver's license is required in most areas of home care.

Language tests may be conducted during the recruitment process.
