With us, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills and be involved in continuous improvement work.

About us

Our care department receives patients from one year of age and up, with both surgical and medical eye issues. We have 16 single rooms in completely new facilities and work with short hospital stays and fast flows. This creates a dynamic everyday life with great variation.

We are committed to learning and development – with us, there is the opportunity for further education, for example, to become an ophthalmic nurse. You will be part of a team where we work together to continuously improve our methods and routines.

About the position

As a nurse with us, you will work in a team with other professionals, where you are never alone. In addition to departmental work, you will also have some duties in the day surgery department, which makes the work varied. You will receive an individual introduction.

Qualifications

  • You are a licensed nurse.
  • You have a few years of experience as a nurse, preferably from working in a care department.
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • You are interested in developing care and improving work methods and preferably have experience in improvement work.

Personal qualities

  • You are structured and meticulous in your work.
  • You thrive in a changing work pace and can easily adapt.
  • You have a strong patient focus and work responsibly and empathetically.
  • You are engaged and curious – you see improvement work as a natural part of your role and want to contribute to the development of the organization.
  • You value collaboration and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may be applicable. Fixed rolling 11-week schedule with shifts during the day, evening, and 4 weekends over 11 weeks. Start date according to agreement.

Selection and interviews are ongoing.

We conduct background checks before employment for this position.
