Sales Executive – tech-driven service provider in finance & business systems

We are now looking for a Sales Executive who wants to take a business-critical responsibility for expanding the customer base and selling the company's groundbreaking services and tech solutions. The role also includes a clear career path towards building and leading your own sales team in the future – for the right person, there is an opportunity to advance to Sales Manager.

The company is a fast-growing, tech-driven partner in finance and business system services. With advanced automation, AI-driven workflows, and tailored consulting, they help businesses streamline their operations and focus on what creates real value.

By combining deep industry expertise with modern technology, the company challenges the traditional agency model and builds the next generation of Nordic solutions for finance, process optimization, and digitalization. The organization is growing rapidly and currently has several hundred customers in various markets.

The role – Sales Executive

In this role, you will drive the company's B2B new customer sales and become a central part of the growth journey. You will:

  • Be responsible for selling the company's services and business system solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and follow-up
  • Report directly to the CEO and be involved in shaping the sales strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
  • Represent the company to customers and partners

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • Driven, self-sufficient, and confident in new customer acquisition

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in B2B service sales
  • Documented experience in new customer acquisition
  • Experience selling SaaS services, business systems, or digital solutions
  • Good structure and experience working in CRM systems

Preferred:

  • Experience or network in accounting, finance, or business systems
  • Good technical understanding and a strong interest in digitalization and automation
