Maintenance Mechanic Wanted in Hylte

About the Position

As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment for our client. You will diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs to ensure efficient operation. In addition, you will document all completed work and suggest improvements to optimize machine performance. If needed, you will also assist in the installation of new equipment and participate in the development of maintenance processes.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed education in mechanics or a related technical field. You should have several years of experience in maintenance work, focusing on industrial machines. Good knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems is a requirement. Furthermore, you are expected to be able to work independently and read technical drawings and documentation.

Desirable Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have experience and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Previous work in a manufacturing industry gives you an edge, as does certification in welding or electrical engineering. Experience in implementing and following procedures for preventive maintenance is also a plus. Additionally, having a basic understanding of IT systems used in maintenance work is highly desirable.
