About the position

We are now looking for a vehicle mechanic for passenger cars and heavy vehicles on behalf of a client in Halmstad. The client is one of the largest tire and car service chains in the Nordics with its 170 own workshops. As a vehicle mechanic, you will be responsible for the entire maintenance and repair process, from troubleshooting to repairs. You will perform service according to the manufacturer's recommendations. You will also work with AC service, wheel alignment, timing belt replacement, installation of engine heaters, and tow bars.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

As a person, you should thrive in a broad and varied role. We also see that you are flexible and have a knack for problem-solving. Of course, you have a burning interest in cars and have experience in similar work as a vehicle mechanic and in maintenance and repair work on cars. You should also be good at collaboration as team spirit is important to the client. Furthermore, we appreciate punctuality and professionalism, as well as a good sense of service.

Requirements

- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Driver's license and access to a car
