About the role

At Perido, we are now looking for a Creative Strategist for our client, a performance and content agency focused on digital marketing. In this role, you will lead the strategic and creative work behind the client's content and advertising. The position combines strategy and operational creation where you develop messages, write scripts, headlines, and ad texts that quickly capture the audience's interest. You will work closely with creators, editors, and performance marketers to turn ideas into content that performs. The position is located in central Stockholm.

Your responsibilities:

Strategy & concept development

• Be responsible for the process from insight to final delivery and ensure both creative quality and measurable impact
• Develop creative strategies and content plans for TikTok, Meta, and other social channels
• Transform data and insights into relevant ideas, messaging frameworks, and platform-adapted concepts
• Stay updated on trends in UGC, short formats, and performance-based advertising and translate them into clear concepts

Copywriting & messaging

• Write and develop ad texts, scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling elements for digital campaigns
• Build tone and messaging frameworks that make brands distinctive and relatable
• Ensure that all copy follows the creative direction, client goals, and quality standards

Collaboration & production

• Work closely with creators, editors, and DoPs to realize ideas in production
• Review and iterate content based on data: what worked, what didn’t – and why
• Present ideas, concepts, and insights to clients in a clear and trust-building manner
• Contribute to the development of content and creative strategies for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms with a focus on results
• Collaborate closely with clients and the performance marketing team to link creative work to business goals

You are confident in translating insights into clear concepts, and you enjoy working closely with others – creators, editors, and performance marketers. Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or content marketing
• A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and conceptual ability.
• Ability to design and lead high-performing content strategies for TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience writing for paid social platforms – short, impactful, and performance-driven.
• Deep understanding of what makes UGC, ads, and short formats convert.
• Analytical thinking – you enjoy using insights to make creative decisions.
• Skilled communicator and presenter – clear, persuasive, and confident in client dialogues.
• A confident storyteller in both Swedish and English

Preferred:

• Uses AI tools in your creative or strategic work
• Agency or DTC background

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent recruitment to the client. Start immediately.
