We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to take full responsibility for technically advanced projects within rock, construction, and steel structures. In this role, you will drive projects from the early idea phase to final delivery, ensuring that quality, economy, schedule, and safety are maintained at the highest level.

As a project manager, you are the central link between the client, design, production, and subcontractors. You lead the project team, create structure, and ensure that all parts collaborate to deliver a sustainable and efficient result.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects within rock, construction, and steel structures.
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed requirements regarding quality, economy, and time.
• Coordinate design, production, and external suppliers/subcontractors.
• Actively work with risk management, work environment, and safety.
• Conduct financial follow-ups, cost calculations, and forecasts.
• Serve as a communicative link between all project stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Documented experience in rock contracts, steel structures, and/or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT, AMA).
• Experience in financial follow-up, cost estimation, and forecasting.

Meritorious

• Experience in collaborative projects.
• Experience from Stockholm Exergi is meritorious but not a requirement.
