We are now looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager who wants to drive and lead a major transformation project within Finance and Procurement related to a transition to Next Generation ERP S/4HANA. This assignment is suitable for you who have solid experience in leading complex business and IT transformations and who have a deep understanding of financial processes, economic models, and business-related development.

In this role, you will be a central part of a dedicated team and responsible for ensuring progress, structure, and quality throughout the project's lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Project management including budget, resource management, timeline, and steering group reporting
• Stakeholder management internally and externally
• Process development and change management
• Lead requirements work and ensure quality in requirements management
• Communication with the business, IT, and other relevant parties

Requirements

• Senior project manager with at least 7–8 years of experience in driving complex projects
• Several years of experience in business and IT transformations within finance and procurement
• Experience with ERP projects, preferably SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformation
• Very good understanding of financial processes and economic models
• Experience in change management and business development
• Familiarity with agile methods
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability and interest in leading specialists

Desirable

• Experience in process development and IT requirements specification
• Experience in procurement of IT systems
• Experience from the energy sector or similar regulated industries
