About the Job

This is a direct recruitment to Elektrotjänst, where A-Staffing manages the recruitment process. The need is ongoing. Work is conducted on weekdays with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule may vary depending on the nature of the project and whether the work is performed on a per diem basis by you/your team. Several projects require that you, as an applicant, pass a security clearance.

Job Description

As a lead installer, you will lead the team on-site at the projects and perform various types of electrical installations, both low and high voltage, together with your team. You will primarily work on infrastructure projects and projects where confidentiality and high security are of utmost importance.

The main responsibilities of the lead installer are to:

• lead the work
• ensure that materials are ordered in the right quantity and on time based on drawings, systems, and documentation.
• schedule and staff
• be the link between the installers and the project manager (communicate and coordinate)
• ensure electrical safety and manage electrical safety responsibilities as needed
• follow up on agreements and contracts
• Administer; keep a diary of work, obstacles, and changes/additional work

Education and Certifications

Requirements:
Electrical & Energy Program and ECY certificate (after completing the apprenticeship)
Driver's license B
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Preferred Qualifications:
ESA, SoS leader, supervisor (TSM), electrical safety leader (ESL),

Experience working with medium voltage switchgear capable of handling voltages up to 36 kV is also preferred.

Experience

We are looking for a self-sufficient, knowledgeable, and experienced electrician who has leadership experience or an interest and aptitude for stepping into a leadership role. You need sufficient experience in electrical installations to lead and perform tasks in a professionally safe manner. Experience working with security-classified objects or in infrastructure and railways is an advantage.
