Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Coordinate and lead multiple projects within a large, multi-year healthcare program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Secure structure and compliance with the established project model, following up on milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage resources across the program, including updating resource matrices and coordinating internal and external contributors.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation such as versions, protocols, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Oversee budget follow-up, handle invoices, and prepare material and analyses for steering group meetings.
  • Drive collaboration with the client, internal functions, and support teams to ensure successful implementation of a healthcare information system.
  • Ensure documented risk management and continuous progress in accordance with program plans.

What you bring:

  • Experience in project and program management, preferably within healthcare environments.
  • Background in managing healthcare information systems or digital tools such as Cosmic, Take Care, or Millennium.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare organization, processes, and workflows.
  • Ability to translate strategies into concrete action plans and coordinate multiple tasks in a structured and analytical way.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain complex topics clearly.
  • Knowledge of governance models, ITIL processes, and digital collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, Jira, and SharePoint.
  • High standard of documentation skills, including version control, structured document management, and accurate reporting.
  • Relationship-building mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to learning across the organization.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
