Elektrotjänst i Katrineholm AB is based in Katrineholm. However, the company performs electrical installations and contracts throughout Sweden.

About the Job

Direct recruitment to Elektrotjänst where A-Staffing handles the recruitment. The need is ongoing. Work weekdays with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule per week may vary depending on the nature of the project and whether the work is performed on per diem by you/your work team. Several projects require that you, as an applicant, pass a security clearance.

Job Description

As a leading installer, you will lead the work team on-site at the projects and perform various types of electrical installations, both for low and high voltage, together with your work team. You will primarily work with infrastructure projects and projects where confidentiality and high security are of utmost importance.

The main tasks of the leading installer are to:

• lead the work
• ensure that materials are ordered in the right quantity and on time based on drawings, systems, and documentation.
• schedule and staff
• be the link between the installers and the project manager (communicate and coordinate)
• ensure electrical safety and manage electrical safety responsibilities as needed
• follow up on agreements and contracts
• Administer; keep a diary of work, obstacles, and changes/additional work

Education and Certificates

Requirements:

• Electrical & Energy Program and ECY certificate (after completing apprenticeship)
• Driver's license B
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious education:

• ESA, SoS leader, supervisor (TSM), electrical safety leader (ESL),

Experience with medium voltage switchgear that can handle voltages up to 36 kV is also meritorious.

Experience

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, knowledgeable, and experienced in electrical work and who has leadership experience or an interest and aptitude for stepping into a leadership role. You need sufficient experience in electrical installations to lead and perform tasks in a professionally safe manner. Experience working with security-classified objects or in infrastructure and railways is an advantage.
