We are looking for a Regional Manager with Personnel Responsibility

Your role, As a regional personnel manager, you have overall responsibility for the personnel in your area, which includes responsibility for employee engagement, quality, and operations to ensure good results according to the business plan's goals. By actively working with eNPS, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as collaborating with the account manager to ensure effective staffing. You contribute to the whole by promoting good collaboration within the office and the company and actively contributing to the development of the office and operations.

Job responsibilities, Drive profitability within your area of responsibility. Actively contribute to the development of the office and operations. Lead and develop employees in your own team. Drive and lead effective staffing planning and schedule optimization. Follow-up and quality controls. Manage and administer hiring and terminations in our business system. Payroll and time reporting. Handle daily personnel matters.

You as a person, HomeMaid is looking for someone with previous experience in leadership, administrative work, and a strong service mindset. To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy working with people, taking responsibility, and actively and engagedly working to achieve good results and a well-functioning team. Furthermore, you need to feel comfortable handling different tasks simultaneously and quickly be able to redirect when the situation requires it without compromising quality. You enjoy a dynamic environment, and your desire to develop and your curiosity will help you move forward.

As a person, you are Self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Responsible. Inclusive and respectful in contact with different people. Solution-oriented.

Important for the position, Documented experience in leading and distributing work in a team. Good leadership skills. Good collaboration and communication skills. Good computer and system proficiency, preferably experience with LIME. Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English in both speech and writing. Driver's license.

Working hours are mainly Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00, other working hours may occur. The team currently consists of several service assistants, team leaders, and internal staff.

Location: Gothenburg

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.
