PropTech Energy is a group of nine innovative and expanding companies, including Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS operation and maintenance, JFK, and KEAB. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual point interventions, entirely based on customer needs. We are located in about 30 places across the country and have a total of approximately 600 employees.

Job Responsibilities

As a property technician, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property inspections
• Operational optimizations
• Driving smaller improvement projects
• External property maintenance

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• High school education
• Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
• Good system proficiency
• Good knowledge of Office
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

As a property technician, you are an engaged problem solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and a strong focus on service. You take initiative, enjoy freedom under responsibility, and always work with a humble and attentive attitude towards both customers and colleagues. The role involves close collaboration within the team between property caretakers and property technicians, which means that you may also be involved in external property maintenance work as needed.
