Aftermarket Manager for the Automotive Industry

About the Position

As the service manager, you will have overall responsibility for the workshop and spare parts operations' results, quality, and customer experience. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians, customer service representatives, and spare parts personnel, ensuring that the operations run efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable work processes.

You will work both operationally and strategically – from optimizing daily workflows to developing long-term business plans and improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the management team and plays an important role in the company's continued growth.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Lead and develop staff in the workshop and spare parts
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional interaction
Be responsible for budget, results, and key performance indicators in the aftermarket
